Description: This ONE THING will wreck every workout forever. . And, it has a permanent solution! . Elbow and forearm pain whenever you use your grip. . When you engage the flexors of the forearm, they are doing two things: 1. Holding onto whatever object they are attached to. 2. Transferring power from you to that object. . The problem isn’t the forearm itself as much as it’s the position of the bar in your hand and the position of the scapula in relation to the arm. . When the scapula rises up and protracts, it loads the forearm incorrectly which in turn forces the forearm to compensate just to go through the movement. . Add a funky grip on a barbell or dumbbell or a pull up bar and you’ll end up with problems, forever. . Here’s what’s happening in most people. . The bar loads across the furthest possible point on the hand which forces the primary wrist and finger flexors to work like a long haul diesel. . Injury 100 percent of the time. . The next thing is that the wrist fails to supinate fully which then loads the wrist incorrectly again forcing the flexors to do more than what they’re capable of. . Here’s a permanent fix for this AND a way to seriously increase your overall strength too! . 1️⃣ Supination Reset: 2 minute hold 2️⃣ Finger Release Drill: 5-10 sets 3️⃣ Supinated Scapula Reset: 2 minute hold 4️⃣ Ulna Rollout: 2 minutes of work 5️⃣ Fast Wrist Reset: once .
